Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, only with prior approval from a QuikTreads representative. Custom-manufactured items (including most stair treads, landings, and components made to your specifications) are non-returnable and non-cancelable once production begins. Standard or stock items may be returnable subject to the following conditions:

• Original packaging intact and in like-new condition
• Packed and palletized for safe return shipping
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Possible restocking fee (up to 25% or as quoted)

Any custom made stair treads, landings, S4S boards, and all other made-to-order products are non-returnable and cannot be canceled after production has begun. Measure twice and cut once, as they say.

Refund Policy

For eligible returns, refunds will be issued within 2–3 business days to the original payment method.
